They did a fantastic job. Showed up right on time and were ready to get to work. We were moving out of an apartment on the third floor so stairs were an issue. Both of the movers were efficient and hard working. The move ended up taking much longer than anticipated, but they were willing and able to stick it out with us. Thank you for the hard work!

Not only did they damage our stairwell by not disassembling the treadmill like they said they would, but they also didn’t do the job they were hired to do. Our pod was filled halfway due to their incompetence on loading a trailer. We ended up renting a uhaul to load the rest of our large furniture that they didn’t fit in the pod and left half empty. When I contacted Robbie he admitted after seeing photos of our pod that his crew didn’t do a satisfactory job of loading it. Robbie offered a refund at first, but then he retracted his offer because his crew told him they loaded the trailer as we asked. I asked Robbie why would we have them load all of our small items and leave our large furniture out of the pod and he said I don’t know but we did the job you asked us to do so no refund. I will never use this company again and I definitely won’t be recommending any of these services due to the horrible work and customer service provided by Robbies amazing moves. I would hope we get some sort of refund due to the extra costs and time now lost due to the incompetence of this company. They were absolutely terrible.

They called when they were held up by a customer to let us know they would be late. They worked hard and did it all in 2 hours. They were nice and friendly. They did a good job. We would use them again.

Although the crew was on time for the job, the lead of the team immediately claimed everything would not fit into the 16' POD I needed packed, creating an air of defeatism that affected his work throughout the move. If it wasn't for my daughter directing the loading of the POD to make sure it was fully packed correctly, she had to do the lifting of the boxes to get to the top of the POD, thus tightly packing the POD the correct way, the job would have probably only gotten 2/3rds packed and not in the time allotted. The helper was much more attuned to the work to be completed as the Lead was texting on his phone numerous times, and did not have the can do attitude one would expect out of the owner for the price.
I would explore other options if I elected to move again and hire movers.
