We checked the reviews for picking a company to do our packing. S in L got such good reviews we decided to use them. They were right on time and did amazing job. I keep wondering how they were going to get all my furniture in that pod. They packed it perfect. The two guys what constantly for the two hours and completed the job. Very pleased with them and would definitely use their services again .

Previous experiences with this company were great, but this one was not. We booked two movers for four hours, as previously it took two movers three hours to complete our move; however, the entire move took seven hours. I’m not sure why that was the case; it’s possible we should have booked more movers. The movers had a good attitude about what was most certainly a difficult and demanding move; however, they were a little careless with our goods and the move. We clearly marked boxes with the room they should go to and explained it to them, but many items went to the wrong room, which has been a process to sort things out. In addition, the movers damaged the walls of the apartment we moved out of, and we have filed a claim with hireahelper.com

I used them to pack up my pods and had absolutely no issues, I used them today to unpack the pods and it was a nightmare. My stainless steel refrigerator is now scratched and dented , my oak rails are scratched, my walls are scuffed up and one area has a gouge in it , they were very careless, wish I would of had the first guys again. I will be calling to complain , would be nice to compensate for the damages.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
