It is difficult to rate when you have a team of four with varying work ethic. One guy was polite, courteous and hardworking. Another guy had an attitude problem. Another was looking for shortcuts. I had multiple issues with the quality of care I received. Packing was poor, directions were half followed, several things were left behind and some things were even hidden in areas adjacent to the section that I asked to be cleared. Also, they arrived 40 minutes before the time I gave as my earliest availability causing me to pay for 10 minutes of them waiting for me to arrive. I will not hire them again and plan to use a different company to complete the job.

Oh my goash I cannot explain how GREAT these helpers were that came to the house. They were prepared, ready and moved quickly. They were very respectful and wanted to make sure my PODS were filled to the max. Very efficient and nice. I would recommend them to anyone!

Outstanding job! They called to confirm when this booking was made and also called the day of the move. They were on time. Literally to the minute. They worked so incredibly hard and fast, I was amazed that they got the job done in the 2 hours that I booked. I really appreciated that they didn't slow down to try to add that extra hour. We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
