We had two movers arrive on time and they were very courteous and worked hard. My only feedback is that did not appear to be experienced movers so my husband had to direct how to prep furniture and load. Overall I appreciated their help.

S&L Express Movers were scheduled last minute as a result of a no-show from Cloud Moving & Storage. They were very professional considering the circumstances which was a relief for my finance and I because of the no-show. Great communication through out the entire process, and good workers loading & unloading our moving truck. Their owner showed up to see how our move was going and help out as needed during the loading of our vehicle as well which an added personal touch. It did take them more than 2 hours to load and unload a 2 bedroom apartment but glad they could help out last minute.

This was an excellent experience. I hired three people to help me to unload the truck when I arrived (with the truck) to Chicago. They were on time, professional, very helpful. I would hire them again.

They called before coming and showed up right on time. They got my stuff moved quickly as well. Just as an FYI, they don't reimburse if they get the job done quicker than the time frame you hire them for (which was fine with me, because I knew that would most likely be the case). Only complaint is that one of my tables got knicked up a bit as they were carrying it out.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

We handle any local moving needs commercial or residential
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
