After a last minute move due to an injury that required a first floor place only, Sutton and Lashley were quick to respond when I hired them online based on these reviews alone. I have to say I had 4 movers including Sean the owner and they were exceptional. I could not have done this myself and they were some of the best movers I have ever had. I will be moving in 3 months and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much Sutton & Lashley.

From LaShaun who coordinated the timing of the helpers, to the helpers themselves. I had two young men who were prompt, courteous, and very hard working.

Hired movers for moving out one day and moving in the following day. Both times, the movers arrived over an hour late; however, both times, the movers did a great job, were courteous and moved very quickly and efficiently. I was especially impressed with how much they were able to put in the truck/van we rented and how stable everything was packed.

These guys were very friendly and fast. They were slightly late but called ahead to let me know. They did a good job packing the truck. Some things were not as secure as I would have liked. Overall, they were very good. I would give them 4.5 out of 5.

There was some miscommunication between the coordinating person from S&L and the "helper", a guy named Paris, so we got off to a late start (but that sounds like par for the course in this industry). Paris was great - nice guy, made the whole thing so much easier. Recommend him anytime. Contacted the day before and they were able to help me out.

Movers called to let us know they were running a little late (15 minutes). They worked straight through until the job was complete.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
