Very professional and courteous as well as quick and efficient.
The price was a steal to begin with and worth every penny.

I reserved 2 movers to come with a hand truck, furniture dolly, and tool kit, and I got 3 movers with none of those three items. So, I was a bit confused from the beginning, and the moving team had no explanation for why the discrepancy happened.
The team worked well enough and seemed to wrap some of our furniture and pack things into our PODs container effectively, but they took quite a long time and it didn't seem like they were doing much more than they would have without the third person.

They didn't use any straps to verify items are secured. I'm worried my TV may be crushed during the moving process. They didn't ask if I had straps, which I did.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
