My time slot was 8-9. They arrived at about 9:35 after being held up on another job, after my initial call they did stay in touch. The 2 young men were respectful and polite. I was concerned about their ability to get the job done safely with the heaviest of items. Fortunately, it all worked out with minor dings to a wall and front door. I probably would not hire them again though. Not bad, just not great.

The manager does not value quality or work ethic. I hired 2 helpers for 2 hours at a decent rate. They were on time and worked harder than necessary because while they did try to come up with a strategy for getting things done, they did not manage their time well. I moved items from a storage unit into a house and it took more than 3 hours. We did not have rooms full of furniture or appliances so of course I feel cheated that it took 2 appointments. that would eventually total more than $700. The first time 3/4 of our boxes and stuff were left in the garage, so the second trip was to clear up that mess, next time I will hire guys from the local shelter.
