Used Get It Done Moving through Hire a Helper for our 1st move. No issues. Contacted them directly for our second. Long story short we had to move the date several times as our house closing was taking longer than expected and Get It Done always confirmed, but we had to push this so often they requested we pay up front. We did. The day before we confirmed via text message we were still on. Come move day Get it Done did not show up and did not answer any calls or texts and as of today several days later they still haven't answered. So they took my money and did not show up. I would strongly suggest you do not use Get It Done and that Hire a Helper remove them as a service provider due to their dishonesty and well....theft.

The 2 men that came out had my POD loaded in 2 hours. They arrived on time and went straight to work. They were great! I had already bubble-wrapped all of the glass shelves and a dresser mirror. I also had taped cardboard around the glass on the curio cabinets. They carefully placed all of the furniture and covered it with blankets I provided. Everything arrived at its final destination in perfect condition!

Absolutely fantastic. Movers were professional, COMPETENT, focused and proficient. They were a little late but called prior to say they were running a little late and they had to drive to Florien, LA from Bossier City, so a 30 minute window is not unreasonable. They were prepared with tools to appropriately do the move in the shortest amount of time and worked steadily until they finished. There was nothing broken, damaged, chipped or blemished. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
