Boss Town Movers did an incredible job of unloading our 16FT container. The house has very narrow stairs, and they had to elevate the sofa and box spring via the patio, and they did this skillfully. When they realized time was running out, they drew our attention and asked what things needed to be assembled. They were on time, professional, and worked hard with a great attitude. I highly recommend them.

The movers arrived and there was more than 2 movers to help. They did not explain to me who would be helping with our move. There were 5 people that I was introduced to and they all began the move. However after a few trips two of the men started moving another family into the apartment building (paid cash for their service). They did not tell me this so I was confused who was helping us verses other families. I started getting worried and my things but was assured my 2men for 2hours would be completed. We were one of the first families there and the last to be done - which wasn't done by our movers we had to complete the job ourselves. Our boxes were left on different floors and or still sitting outside. We finished the move process doing most of it ourselves. Our movers were not quite in the shape to move 7 floors. (This was stated in the application process.). Will not use this service again!

They were fantastic-- everything was done on time and with excellent care. They were the one part of this move that worked really well. They were also willing to work with us when our container was late, so extra bonus points to them from us.

Highly recommend. They were so helpful in breaking down furniture and moved so quickly. They were on time, and we’re able to improvise quickly on their feet when our POD wasn’t able to park due to a car ignoring our street permit sign.
