The men who moved our stuff from our third floor apartment worked quickly and efficiently, and were very polite and easy to work with. My only compaint is that they broke one pice of furniture and did not mention it. I only discovered the damage at the other end of the move.

While my friend and I greatly appreciated the hard work and professionalism of the two men from Secure Movers who helped us with our move, we were less than satisfied with the overall job. I had originally hired Secure Movers to load the contents of my 1-bedroom apartment into a 16 ft. PODS container. I later added on a full-service move, which entailed loading my friend's belongings into a truck, moving them to my apartment building, where the PODS container was located, and loading the container with both of our belongings. I was pleased that the owner had agreed to add on the full-service move, but unfortunately, the two men arrived at my friend's house over three hours late. I was originally told that the full-service move would occur from 1-3pm, however, on the day of the move the story had changed. The 1-3pm window within which the move was supposed to occur was now the window within which the men would arrive. Even so, the two men still arrived 1.25 hours late and didn't start the job until 4:15pm. Once they did arrive, however, the two men, Joshua and Tom, were very courteous and professional. They finished the full-service move in 2 hours. When they arrived at my apartment building, which is where the PODS container was located, my friend and I were impressed with the thought and care that Joshua and Tom put into loading our belongings. We appreciated the time and thought they put into figuring out how to best fit everything into the container and maximize the available space, but apparently, the owner was not as pleased. Unhappy about how long the job was taking, the owner eventually came to the building and shut the job down. In doing so, he was nothing short of rude! Aside from barely acknowledging either me or my friend, who were paying for every minute of Joshua and Tom's time, he made the two men unload the boxes that were still on the truck and had them bring them and everything else that hadn't yet been loaded into the container back up to my apartm

punctual and professional! could not have asked for a smoother and more efficient use of time, the best $200 i ever spent. Glenn helped us load a HUGE amount of furniture etc. into a POD by not only physically moving our items, but then helping us arrange everything safely. we had such a great experience with them that we have already booked them again to help us unpack our POD next month! you won't find anyone more professional, respectful, efficient, and hardworking for the money!!!

Mario was extremely efficient and did an excellent job. He arrived on time and quickly planned out the best way to load the truck. He was also careful with my furniture and boxes.
