My golf clubs were packed without my OK. I separated them out from the garage contents and they were taken anyway.. The wood deck was gouged from dragging the gas grill for 30 ft across it. They didn't disconnect the propane tank and it was hanging out of the bottom. I witnessed this towards the end and screamed for him to stop. He seemed to not understand . It was very hard to communicate with this individual as it was clear he spoke little english. They took two hrs longer than anticipated. I even started carrying things out myself. They used my hand truck, and if they had brought one, as they should have, it would have taken much less time. I hope things arrive in good condition. I supplied my own moving blankets and they said they had them also. I bought them lunch and gave them a tip but was overall not very happy. I will submit a claim for the deck damage.

The workers were the best! They were timely and knowledgeable about proper packing. There was absolutely no damage to our things and we have many fragile pieces. They were very quick to move our things from the truck to the parts of the house we designated. We would most definitely use these two workers and Hire a Helper in general next time we need such work.
