From start to finish, working with this company has been excellent! Initially, I made the mistake of putting in the wrong date to have a POD unloaded and needed it done a week sooner and just a few days from when I booked it. I thought it was a long shot that they’d be able to accommodate me. Musa, was extremely kind and professional and helpful and worked very hard to meet my needs. My movers Khaldun and Elijah showed up on time had a great spirit and energy and worked hard and smart to unload a very packed POD. Moving has been extremely stressful as I’m navigating a divorce as well. Dare I say, that not only was the day not stressful, but I enjoyed it!

Moveday help was absolutely no help at all. First of all because I was late (I told them before) they got paid to do nothing for 45 mins. Which was fine with me because I had asked the guy that I will prepay an extra hour which is allowed and the guy said sure they will see once they are getting close to the time.
Then once they started it was difficult to coordinate where things get put because they weren’t reading the labels properly. I remember the previous movers put everything from my apartment into the container in 1.5 hours. And these ones couldn’t do the reverse in the same time.
And then what made it absolutely unacceptable was the rudeness of the guys. The guy rudely told me to keep the space clear even though they were the ones leaving the boxes in the middle. Finally towards the end the guy said he has to leave at 11:50am. Even though the time should be from 10-12pm. The conversation ended in a very negative tone and left me very uncomfortable. They basically left the work mid-way and I had to call actual movers to finish the job. Horrible experience and wouldn’t work with them again.
MOVING TIP #7: Be as completely ready for your movers to arrive, as humanly possible. Being absent from the work site when they show up, not only, causes significant delays for other customers scheduled after you, but, cuts into the time we have, to work with you.

They moved our items in a moving container, and strategically placed items in the POD and assured us that it would all fit, and even made sure we had extra room for us to pack last minute items. They did not arrive.time! They were supposed to come between 12-1pm, arrived at 4p! They arrived with 2 adult men & 1 young man about 18-19 years old..the boss Musa does a lot of talking & dictating not much pitching in! Musa leaves for a couple of hours, so now it’s the other adult male & the teenager left to do all the moving. This move would have went much faster if Musa would have stayed to help! This job was supposed to have been 3 hours which turned into an 8 hour job…oh & I had to pay for the overtime $110 per hour!! Mind you NO discount & they arrived 3 hours late!! The good thing I would say is they do a great job of packing your belongings. Would I use them again…NOPE!!
