5/31/24 2 WORKERS, A LEAD AND A HELPER, ARRIVED ON TIME.
LEAD WAS A WORK HORSE! OTHER PERSON WAS NEW AND WAS BEING TRAINED ON MY DIME. PERSON WAS SLOW, DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO SO SPENT ENOUGH TIME STANDING AROUND. MY HUSBAND HELPED WITH WRAPPING AND LOADING THE ENTIRE TIME AND PROBABLY DID MORE WORK THAN NEWBIE. WE, AS PEOPLE THAT ORDERED HELP, HAD NOT MOVED IN 32 YEARS SO HAD NO IDEA HOW MANY PEOPLE TO HIRE AND HOW MUCH TIME.
IT TOOK 5 HOURS TO LOAD THE MOVING TRUCK. WE SPOKE WITH BOSS/OWNER WHO SHOWED UP AT HOUSE AT END OF JOB AND HE GAVE US .5 HOUR OFF OF OUR BILL.

Highly recommend! This morning I requested help moving my daughter into her home today when she arrived from Wisconsin to Minneapolis around 4pm and Idris replied right away and was able to quickly get a team together and make it happen. Around noon time today, my daughter called and said she was making good time and requested me to see if Idris could meet her earlier, around 2:30 or 3 pm. He said 3 pm will work great. By 4:30, my daughter called me elated at how smoothly the unloading of the 20-foot truck went into the house. I'd give the team 10 stars if that was an option in the drop-down!

The two movers I had were absolutely fabulous. They jumped right to work, handled my items with care, and were really professional. I would definitely recommend them to others if you are looking for less hassle and ease. They were there to get the job done without trying to prolong the work. Definitely an excellent experience!!
