This company was not managed properly. We hired 3 guys for 3 hours. They were supposed to show up between 8 & 9. They did not! No one called to let us know. Emailed them as to their status. The owner Mike D called to explain 1 guy was sick and he was sending a replacement. When asked why can’t the other 2 guys start, he said they have to start at the same time. What! How ridiculous. It was all about the money. Plus, when Mike spoke to me he said my name over and over. As if he was punishing me or I was a child. His workers are inexperienced, didn’t bring their own water etc. They dropped and piled up boxes. Although they were nice young guys, minus the 3rd guy that showed up at 10:15. He was a co owner. He like Mike had a nasty attitude. Awful

I had a lot going on during moving day and the gentlemen who did my moving were professional and efficient. I highly recommend!

The workers did a decent job. I had 4 people for 4 hours. I was upset they didn’t get the job done and I had to finish the project myself. The most upsetting thing was the cost. For the amount of $890+ dollars they should have completed the job. Two men talked the whole and I had to tell them. Let’s go….

The Hire the Helpers unpacked our 28ft trailer. They are always very professional and friendly. We appreciated all their help and they always ask if they can do more for us! What can a customer expect after booking with you?
-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
