Funny how the world works! Literally less than 2 minutes after I submitted my payment and tip to them, my current movers brought to my attention how absolutely terrible Sow Smooth did. My items are broken/damaged, the way the truck was packed is absolutely beyond comprehension. There is no rhyme or reason as to where they placed my belongings, especially when I have fragile/glass items, multiple TV’s and worst of all…my $4000 Sleep Number bed is just tossed inside with no regard to how much I told them that this the singular item that I cared most about.
I am at a loss for words and can’t believe that I could have been spared if the current movers intervened 2 minutes sooner.
I have raised concern with the agency I hired this company through and I have contacted my bank.
