Second time we have used them. They were late, but they kept us informed and updated. Small move so time was not a problem. Once we got started, it was just as easy as could be. Asked to do this or that, and it was done, moved, replaced, etc. Two big and very friendly guys. Spent a lot of time w/them in the truck going from place to place, and it was easy being squished in with them on a 2 1/2 person bench seat. Tried to buy them lunch about five times, but all the wanted was Gatorade.

I'm very impressed with their work ethics. They were very good at communicating with me and they were very punctual. Chris and Michael worked extremely hard for me to the point I was feeling a little guilty about it. They were very professional and quick! They were also very careful and respectful of my newly refinished wood floors.and my possessions. My move went without a hitch and I couldn't be happier! Great job guys! Thank you!

They showed up on time and completed moving all the large furniture items up to the 2nd and 3rd floor very carefully . All the labels boxes were placed in the appropriate rooms. They were very careful to only step on the mats coveting the wood floors so as not to track mud and gravel from the snow.
We're cheerful and followed my requests as to placement.
Even took off their boots when moving things with the rooms / floors. Highly recommend.

They showed up on time, worked well together, and got the job done well and fairly quickly. I was pleased with their work. It was an expensive proposition from my point of view, but that's not on University Movers.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
