Hired help to get 1king, 3 queen beds, 1 dresser,1desk 1 peloton moved in.....if these people are professional i don't know what is......wait i do because i am a mover myself of 30yrs.....just needed extra hands, to give myself a break. But the risk i saw them moving gave me zero confidence, so i had to help what i hired......would never use again in this area.
First of all, as I expressed to, in person, at the client's home. One of my new employees had called out, one hour before the service start time. Unfortunately, that was unavoidable. I myself, had arrived in dress attire, from an appointment and I helped as much as was able, considering the situation. That employee was terminated, with all expediency.
You also had other items, on the truck, that had to be addressed. Large flat screen tvs, large picture boxes, miscellaneous boxes/totes, weight equipment, etc. Which we helped with, also.
As a fellow business owner, of 10+ years, my professional advice would be to make sure you have your own staff travel with you, from Florida, and honor your contract with the client, before being disgruntled, due to either your own employees did not want to travel to Chicago with you or you did not want the financial responsibility of compensating your employees for their travel time. Which, I verified my exact viewpoints with our mutual client, in Chicago.
If there were issues with any part of the service, I would have hoped that you would have discussed them with me, beforehand and/or during the service. I would have gladly reimbursed you, fairly.
In the future I would advise you to communicate with the business owner/proprietor, to discuss any concerns, and come to an amicable agreement, before leaving a review that is left out of emotion and is not a reflection of my entire company, as a whole.

I had a great experience with Couch Potatoes LLC. They arrived on time and even waited for me to get there. Once we started, they worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job ahead of schedule. The truck was loaded in such a neat and secure way that nothing shifted or was damaged during the move. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs moving labor help!
