The company was having computer issues so they forgot about my appointment and ended up showing up one hour late.
Communication issues between their dispatcher and movers; they werent initially going to the correct address.
Two really nice fellas
One of them had hypoglycemia issues and kept having to sit down which took up a lot of time.
They didnt seem to have much moving experience, didnt utilize wrap/blankets like I expected. Lots of markings on the couch and chair as well as a dresser, none of them covered appropriately. Again they were nice and interactions were professional but not efficient or skilled movers. Sorry guys.

I do not recommend using this company. I scheduled to have the movers come today 5/27/21 between 11am-12pm. I waited till about 1:30pm before calling them. It went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I called Hire A Helper and they reached out to the company with no luck at first. They were called again and Precise Moves said they had an emergency and couldn’t come. They didn’t even call me to tell me there was an issue. We have to move out of state tomorrow. My wife and I are just getting over a cold and now we have to move everything and hope we don’t get sick again. This company is very unprofessional for not reaching out and not showing up.
