They all were sweet and kind but very very slow! Two girls showed up to move. They were sweet and worked hard but very slow and had a hard time lifting the heavy items. We hired helpers because my husband and I are not able to lift heavy items. Very frustrating. The one girl called her brother to come help and assured us there would be no additional charges. Her brother showed up and helped so there were three. Then the girls left and another guy showed up. Still very slow. They arrived at three and weren’t done until 11:00 at night. I authorized payment of the original cost plus a $40 tip. One of the guys came back a bit later and said we owed them more money cause they stayed so long. Well the girl that was the Mgr. had told us there would be no additional charges so I didn’t authorize any. Nice people but slow.
