This is “the wife”. I’m also an owner of the company as well as him. He has to stay in contact with me during the job because we take pictures of all of our jobs and I have to stay in contact with hirehelper while they’re on the job. He HAS to have his phone to have contact with me and hirehelper. Hurehelper called him at your job and he takes pictures of all of our jobs. Also, you booked 2 hours of moving time that we accepted but we never had a conversation about if that was enough time and never did you ask me about time. We don’t quote your price, you didn’t ask us for an estimate or quote, you chose our company and picked two hours and we had the choice to accept or deny the job and time you wanted us for. We need you to tell us where the furniture our guys are moving it to that’s why we ask where everything goes, that’s why we ask you everytime where it should go. We would never put your things in random places. The mattress was too big to go up your regular spaced sized stairs and they had to ratchet strap the mattress together to get it up because it would not fit without doing that. The preparation and loading of whoever did the load was dangerous and poorly poorly done which made the unload even harder. We were told to drop the items in the living room and dining room which were the first things we got to which then blocked the entrance for every piece of larger furniture that you had that we had to bring in but your made them put the boxes in front of the entrance anyway. Any other moving company wouldn’t have done that job due to the load job. Not to mention they moved everything through thorn bushes to get into every entrance of your house. Our objective is to get things up stairs and moved in SAFELY and securely. Since it’s your move, we obviously involve you the entire time, asking where things go the whole time so your house is moved the exact way you would like it. The Load job is the reason your job took so long. And the pictures of the job will be posted so everyone may see the job we completed today on our Facebook. Including the pictures of our workers bloody legs and arms from the dangerous conditions of the front of your house. The power in the house and the water was not on and the property was abandoned before this. We have no control over things that happen before we get there. The most important thing to us is that everyone gets things done safely abs that the customer is happy and gets things placed where they would like them to go. But if we as a company think it’s dangerous to do or something will not fit, we always tell the customer. The crew leader had his phone out to take pictures of any damage he saw that was already ther as the job went on, and to take picture of the job throughout the entire job, as well as keeping in contact with me on case I need to contact hirehelper for anything or anything goes wrong. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but our crew does a great job and works hard and works until the job is done. We would have known it would take longer if you had asked about an estimate or a quote but you never did. You scheduled with hirehelper, not us. You picked the two hours before any contact with you was made. The Load wasn’t coming platelet packed. Everything wasnt in boxes abs that makes things take twice as long. They also had a 20 yard walk uphill to get through the bushes and thorn bushes to get to your stairs to get your furniture in your house as it was getting dark without power. Again I apologize you didn’t enjoy your experience. But it seems like this a little unfair and there was a lot of miscommunication. We didn’t know the truck was packed like that before we got there and could have told you it would take longer but I never assured you this would be done in two hours. You picked the two hour time before even speaking to me. So again im sorry for your experience but our crew did the best they could with what they were faced with. We actually have never had a bad rating. Ever. We are honest about what we move and doing it safely to complete the job and put what the customer wants first. We always ask where you want things placed. We take your belongings seriously and communicated with you the whole time. We apologize for your experience, but please don’t say we talked about hours when we did not. We tried to give you the best experience possible. It seemed like we cared more about your belongings than you did. Please call us if you would like to discuss this, we never ever want any customer to have a bad experience, we use our phones for pictures and speaking to other crews because he’s the boss.
