Another good load up by the crew from A1 movers. They called prior to their arrival and showed up on time. Walked them around the house to show what had to be packed and they went right to work. I was completely confident in their abilities to load fragile items. They were courteous and responsible. I highly recommend this company.

Great crew. We booked them for unloading. Very satisfied with their help. We had our truck coming in late and they understood our concern and adjusted their timing which was a huge help. They came right on time. We had booked only 2 unloaders for 2 hours and but they came with 1 extra guy. Finished the job in 50 minutes. Best crew ever! They will be our go to movers for all our future moves. I would Book them without thinking twice.

The most unprofessional service you will come across. Started off shaky when they called right before my scheduled appointment to sweet talk that they were going to be 1h late and gave me a time slot in which they would appear. Since it was just 1h I was ok with it.
4h later I called them on the number they had called from and left a voice-mail inquiring about their whereabouts (they were late to their self-imposed timeslot). Nothing, no callback for another 2 hours after that. Hire a Helper tried contacting them numerous times (more than 3x) during these 2h and there was no answer.
So now our furniture is just sitting in the boxes waiting to be moved. We relied on this service provider to help us out as we had to pause our life in order to make this move happen. I understand understand things happen, but you can't reasonably expect customers not to be furious after they accommodate you for being late and then no one can reach you for another 4 hours AFTER that?! Whoever is running this business needs to get a grip on it.
If you are relying on someone to be on time to move you - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
