The manager kept texting me the day before to see if the movers can come earlier, however, I told him I would let him know after I pick up my truck. He texted in the AM again though and I understand, they have other jobs also.
I did appreciate the movers, they didn't look strong but they were strong. I wish they wouldve packed the truck better to fit all my items. I had to toss many items because it wouldn't fit in the truck but things also moved during the drive, i even supplied them with harness to strap things back and they didn't utilize the straps properly. Maybe they don't know how to use it. So it's ok.
They were kind and respectful men. They were on time.
