I was not impressed. They had obviously not had much experience loading and packing a large truck. They loaded large crates of heavy books in the mom's attic. Which should have been on the ground floor. By the time I noticed they already had quite a bit of things loaded. The way they loaded, I did not have enough room for everything I needed to go in the truck! They scratched my washer. I asked them to put covers over before they stacked anything, they did not. I provided plenty of covers to use. I could go on but it is done now.
No, I would not use them again nor recommend Hire A Helper. I was very displeased. If they had loaded correctly to start, they could have gotten everything in the truck and done in the 3 hours max, and I would have had them stay and load all. I sent them away probably at least 20 min early.
I am 64 years old, so I had hoped not to have to load as much as I did by myself.
I understand they were both very young and very inexperienced. Why I said service was OK.
