Clearly mark items aside that you don't want loaded, reserve a parking space for the moving truck, clear walkways, point out special items, and if you have pets or children make sure they have somewhere safe to hangout while the moving process is going on.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Our movers go though intense training including handle furniture, properly loading a truck, properly disassembling furniture, and customer service.
