Punctual. No need for specific instruction, they understood the situation immediately. They took initiative and got the job done very efficiently. They also took great care and were very knowledgeable on e best way to balance the weight into the pods.

Only concern they did a good job. But they called me the morning of to let me know they were one man short I had schedule 3 men for 3 hours but since they were short handed it took them an extra hour and charged me for that extra hour, which if they wasn't short handed would only have taken 3 hours. Didn't feel like that was my fault.

These guys were very professional. They really knew how to pack my trailer to the max without damaging anything and making the load very secure. They worked hard and efficiently throughout the time they were on site. I was a little sceptical about using a site like this since I didn't know anything about them but it was one one best moves I've ever had. Jamie and Adam did a great job moving my furniture and boxes of items from two PODS containers into a house. They were extremely careful with the furniture and household goods. They completed all work within the time allottment, and arrived at the job right on time. They were friendly and organized. I learned several, valuable furniture moving tips from Jamie! I would highly recommend them for jobs!
