Can’t say enough about these guys! Dan and Joe were terrific. We found out a moving date last minute and Dan was able to accommodate our request. We put them through some challenging rooms, tight turns and lots of stairs and they conquered it all. All the while with a sense of humor and finishing an hour ahead of time! Plan to hire again for any of my future moving needs.

Terrible service. They did not complete the job, completely wasted the first hour between "arriving at the curb", calling me and starting over ten minutes was wasted. They took nearly an hour just to figure out how to disassemble our treadmill and then damaged our wooden floors trying to move it. At least one of the crew that showed up smelled like marijuana and when I attempted to dispute the poor service and requested a 50% refund the owner of the company providing service called and threatened me after which I had to file a police report. I tried to work with Hireahelper customer service and they just dragged it out continuting to ask for additional information and supporting documentation and doing nothing. I disputed with my credit card company and hireahelper put the charge through anyway.
Stay away from this company and especially Holiday Helpers Cleveland. Worst retail service experience of my life.
