What can a customer expect after booking with you?

The crew arrives within the scheduled window and walks the home with you first to confirm what's going and what's staying. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have boxes packed, sealed, and labeled by room. Empty dressers of anything fragile or heavy. Set aside valuables, medications, and documents to take yourself.
