Even though I called WEEKS in advance, called MULTIPLE times confirming, on the day of the move they changed from coming in the morning to coming in the afternoon. I had actual work, work I was supposed to do in the afternoon so that did not make me happy. The owner took issue with me and threatened to cancel the job. When the 2 movers showed up they started filling THEIR truck instead of the 2 PODS sitting in the driveway, and I didn't notice because I was inside having lunch. Their boss showed up and asked why I was having them load the truck - I hadn't asked them to do that!! Then, despite telling them multiple times what should get loaded and what shouldn't into the PODS we had rented, they put some things in the PODS that were supposed to stay for the new owners. My husband FREAKED out which didn't help me at all. In short, one of the WORST experiences of my life. I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend this company to anyone. EVER!
You were rude to me after I told you that the guys will be an hour late because bad weather and the rains slowed our teams on their previous jobs. They arrived around 11am instead of 10wm. I went as boss to help fast track ur job. I even explained to u it's over two years I have not been on any job but came to help the guys to compensate for their lateness. We did far more than u expected and got almost everything from ur storage in the basement.
Any way I don't even want to go beyond this. We did an excellent job, and nothing broke or was missing. U were crying and shedding tears the entire three hours and u certainly had other issues in ur life or pertaining the sale on ur house and u are here taking the same attitude and writing negatively about our company. U have another date scheduled with our company. We are not going to deal with ur negative vibes. As movers we do not own ur stuffs. We only load what we are told to load. We do between four and six jobs everyday and u think we are idle and just wait for u to change dates and we accommodate it as if we are idle. No Angela we are very busy because a lot people hire us since we very professional and we always show up on the job and do well. Thank you. Please call another company to come and taste ur negative vibes. Thank you Amara Moving Company we are always the BEST.
