What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You'll get a call from our team confirming your information and getting us all set for your job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, you should expect a call updating you on time of arrival. Once our movers get there, they will introduce themselves and ask to do a walk about to check out each room of the house/apartment to see either where everything will be going, or what all will be packed up into your truck.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We love customers who label well and have everything packed up (preferably in moving boxes or totes).
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything between 1 bedroom apartments to entire business offices (Our favorites include Deafiantly Dogs, Strauss Architectural Systems, and Simply Divine Prem Chocolatier).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because it allows us to cultivate new friendships and connections with our customers--connections we could use in our future careers.
