The two gentlemen (sorry I'm bad with names) jumped right in and had our POD unloaded in under two hours.

I paid Sam’s Moving to load an upright piano on a covered 5x8 U-haul trailer in Grants Pass, Oregon. I wanted it to be loaded by professionals and paid an additional $250 for the service.
In addition, I purchased two furniture dollies and straps to make loading and unloading easier. They did not use the dollies and by the time I noticed this, they were already part way into the trailer. Because it was beginning to rain, I did not want them to back out and start over, but I did mention this to them.
Instead of loading the piano situated in the center of the trailer, they strapped it to the side. When asked why they said that the rest of the cargo, which I did discuss with them, would balance the load out.
Upon my arrival Houston, I had another professional moving company unload the piano. What they found was the legs of the piano had poked two holes through the trailer floor. They said that the original movers should have padded the floor with cardboard boxes. They also said the piano should have been loaded in the center of the trailer and felt that the Sam’s Movers did not know what they were doing, even though I specified that the job entailed loading a piano and I paid $250 for the service.
I will not use Sam’s Movers again.

I’ve used hire a helper several times and the guys that loaded and unloaded my things were the best. They worked so hard and they were so nice, I’ve never met a group of guys that were this great. Highly recommended.

I would recommend these two guys and sure hope they are the ones unloading my Pods. They worked so hard and their packing of Pod was wonderful. They deserve a raise.

Mike and John did a fantastic job loading our POD. They arrived early. We had partially loaded it; at first glance they were concerned wether all would fit. They rearranged a little, then started to load, They were able to load everything with some small space available. They are very good at filling all available space. This was a double wide mobile home with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living and dinning room; plus a freezer, a large 5ft. wide x 6ft. tall x 2ft deep wood cabinet; a adjustable Xlong twin bed, etc. All in a 16ft. POD. 2 loaders, 4 hours. There office staff is very efficient and friendly. A very good experience.
