I am incredibly disappointed and just flat angry about my service through Premium. I need to file a claim as I have multiple pieces of furniture that are terribly damaged. Some of these being antiques and irreplaceable. My belongings were thrown around with no care given whatsoever. Every day since my move I've found something else that's broken or scratched up. Surprisingly they are rated highly on Google. My guess is that is family and friends. We paid almost 5k to have our things thrown around like yesterday's trash. I have plenty of pictures! Shame on Hire A Helper for sending business to them and ruining your own reputation!! Several of the guys even spoke ill about us during the move, when they thought no one was in ear shot. To think.... I even tipped the movers $100 apiece. So very disappointing, especially when trying to be considerate of their time.

BROKE MY 86in tv. Only 1 PERSON had it & what made it worse he put it on a dolly something so fragile on A DOLLY! when it should have been 2 people carrying it. Scratch my bedroom set up they was VERY CARELESS with my belongings! They moved my items from a storage room & My storage room wasn’t the best packed but my family definitely placed my items in my storage Unit with care! My television was sitting on my furniture due to me throwing away my box & EVERYTHING I HAD was NEWLY BOUGHT I still have receipts!! So now I’m currently taking things up with lawyers because no one wants to be responsible for the damages.
The bottom line is we are letting HireAHelper do their investigation as it is hard to prove liability with your move.
Here is our take:
We didn’t unload your belongings into the storage that was disorganized. Those could be pre-existing damages.
The movers mentioned that they asked you who packed your storage unit as the couch was stood upright on the bare ground with no protective material on it or underneath it, the dresser drawers was out on the ground as well.
We recommend tv’s to be boxed up but the tv wasn’t in a box so the movers padded it with a moving blanket as you can see in the tv photo and they actually forgot to unwrap the tv at the new place. The electronic or mechanical condition of the tv was unknown during your move and especially it wasn’t in a box to begin with as recommended and we didn’t unwrapped the tv after it was moved.
Lastly, the tv was carried to the truck on a flatbed push cart with the tv sitting on its legs on the cart, which is standard.

Had Rodney & Kai from Premium Moving Services and there were AWESOME. They were Tetris Genius' loading my POD so efficiently. I wish I could take them with on my move out of state. HIGHLY recommend these guys and this company for finding them for me.

No issues with Premium Moving Services at all. However, I cannot say the same about Hire a Helper. I am in the middle of a stressful move to a different state and do not have the time to be as descriptive as I would like, but would gladly take a phone call. Simply put, Hire a Helper was not helpful in the least and caused extreme and undue stress - the worst experience I can ever recall having with a company. In fact, we cancelled your services at our new home in Texas.
