I had an excellent experience with Gold Medal Moving! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They handled all of my belongings with great care and made sure everything arrived safely at my new apartment without any damage.

Movers were over 4 hours late and called multiple times saying 20 more minutes and 20 minutes turned into hours. Upon arrival there weren’t very helpful mostly everything was loaded minus a few heavier items. They ripped the flooring right in front of our main door. After leaving the house my husband had to move around what they put in the truck to make more room for items to be moved. They were not respectful of our property as they broke other items. We paid 2 hours and they left after 1 hour and 5 minutes. I would NOT use this company again.

The packing into the truck was not well organized with much space left open causing me to have to come back another time to finish packing. Additionally, several items were damaged (couches, wooden dog kennel). I asked for my wooden items to be wrapped as needed with 10 blankets provided, however none were wrapped.
The workers were very polite and kind, just appeared to be very inexperienced in packaging.
