The two men who worked my request for unloading a moving truck into a storage unit were on time, but I had an incredibly poor experience with them overall. I wouldn’t hire from this company again, or recommend them to anyone.
I’ll preface this with the fact that I have moved and hired loaders/unloaders on numerous occasions, so I have a good idea of how things can and should be done. The men sent for my job request were slower than Christmas and wildly inefficient. While my storage unit is located on the 4th floor and elevators are expected to slow things down, the elevators themselves were very quick and we weren’t competing for time/space with other storage tenants 95% of the time we were there.
The men didn’t divide and conquer or efficiently load items onto the carts, nor were they very careful with my belongings. I witnessed them tossing or dropping things down many times, and I had to remind them to please be careful. As far as lack of efficiency, they would put a couple of items on a cart (not even close to its capacity) and then BOTH take it upstairs via the elevator. There was a lot of standing or shuffling around. I’m not sure if they were TRYING to be slow for a longer job/more money, but I had to jump in myself to get things moving. Several times I made 2 or more trips up with a full cart within the time it took them to take one trip. I tried to politely nudge them along several times before finally reaching out to their supervisor (who was very pleasant) via text message. Once he called them, they got it together, sped things up, and started working a bit more efficiently.
Thankfully the fee for going over the scheduled timeframe was waived, but this was the most frustrating move I’ve ever experienced.

Travon and Jamal were an incredible team. They were here on time, completely prepared, and worked nonstop. They were polite and fun and I would recommend them to everyone! I can’t express my gratitude enough for their help with our move! Five stars!

Horrible movers...Please do not hire them..one guy was high and drunk. I have almost 8,000 worth of damage from my items and inside the house..They broke 2 door frames, the spigots for the washing machine, put a hole trough the kitchen floor, destroyed one cabinet and broke a lot of boxes...No regards at all for any of my items...One guy was so aggressive toward a friend that was with me that she called the police. He was bragging about his **** ***** of 500 dollars per day. The company wants to pay .60 per pound...can you believe that? Be careful...hire professional movers

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
