They spent a lot of time talking and not working.
And at the end, they left a lot of items in the apartment that we had to move ourselves into the car that was already on a trailer. I would not use their service again but I would definitely use hire a helper. I have used them in the past and they have always been good. And the movers have always been good, but not these moves. Verse and they bought another person with them.That was sitting in the car waiting the whole time.

They were ok with getting things inside and up the stairs. We were told there was water in the washer and they turned it in a way that caused the water to leak out. We had lots of black smudges and hands prints on the walls. We also had wall scuffs causing chipped paint. They were friendly and polite.

The two men that unloaded my POD were right on time. They had a lot of picking up to do because the ones who had loaded the POD had not put the strips across the Pod to hold things in place & many tubs, boxes had fallen over & spilled out. They did a wonderful job, got most back into tubs or boxes & unloaded everything in ample time. They always asked where things should go if not written on the boxes & were very careful with everything. They showed great respect for all the property they moved making sure nothing was broken. I would definitely ask for them again if I need movers to load or unload for me. Excellent workers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with Key Movers my customers can expect a phone call within 24 hours of booking to confirm a time and place for their move. We will also go over your inventory items and discuss supplies needed to meet your satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When Hiring Key Movers we will be on time, move fast and efficient, and let our customers know exactly how the move will go.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should make sure things are cleared out the walkway and make sure all items are packed up reasonably. Please let us know where to park and also plan for your pets.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled local, long distance, and office moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love to load the trucks up because its like a game of Tetris. Seeing the overall picture of how so many items can neatly stack into a truck amazes me. Also just being able to help and see the smile on my customers face motivates me even more.
