All boxes were carried up 3 flights of stairs. Each handled with care and placed in specific rooms as requested. The movers were available late into the evening as requested. Great work :)

The 4 gentlemen that came to unload our pods were polite, hardworking and responsible. I would use them again.
What I would NEVER use again is the porch moving group.
Less than 24 hours before the were scheduled to arrive, I received a phone call saying that they made a mistake on my address, and if I wanted a crew the next after I was going to have to pay an additional $93!!!! Their mistake and we had to pay the price for it.STAY AWAY FROM THEM

We have never moved across country before.
We decided to go with UPACK, and they as well were totally awesome, but it involves a lot of back breaking lifting, packing, organizing and plenty of ibuprofen.
We called hire a helper to help us both load and unload.
I cannot emphasize enough how great these guys were.

Now that I'm finally moving into my new place I am seeing how truly horrible a job that they did. The move took place on February 3rd 2024.
- First they got there late in the evening
- They smelled of marijuana/weed when they arrived
- They completely but unnecessarily dismantled my bed frames and mirrors when it wasn't necessary
- I don't have all the hardware and brackets to put the beds back together so now it looks like I have to at the very least purchase new bed frames which won't match my bedroom set
- I am completely dissatisfied with the service from this company and who they hired to represent them!!!!!
No they did not wear uniforms or anything to distinguish themselves as movers of a company.
I don't know if it is even possible after all this time but I would definitely like some type of call back to address these concerns.
