They were a good group of hard worker's and did a great job and very efficient in there work. This is my second time they came and unload a truck for me and did it in two hours time frame. The guys were great. Friendly and kind. As a first time mover, I made a few mistakes (no moving blankets or tape) and they were patient and understanding while I ran to the store to get the forgotten items. When my son discovered that a few of his things were accidentally put into the POD, the guys dug the items out for him. Thank you so much!

The guys arrived a couple hours later than projected but were in frequent contact on ETA. Once here the guys immediately took charge. They kicked into action and didn't let down. Efficient, considerate of property, and very hard working. Unloaded truck and assembled two beds in 1 1/2 hours. They did a great job. I would definitely hire the guys from TBC Movers Incorporated again.

3 out of 4 workers showed up on time. The 4th was an hour late. Even though we had hired 4 workers for 8 hours and stated that it
was a large home, the workers seemed overwhelmed. They were out of sync at times --didn't really seem to be a team. The homeowner and son had to pitch in to get the job done in the time allotted. Hired this company based on the positive reviews, even though they were a bit more expensive. We could have used more information from the company and the workers from the beginning on how to have items ready for loading and what supplies to have on hand. Our first move in many years--they do this daily. The workers were pleasant and courteous to deal with. The company added on the supplies that were used but did not address the cost of the late worker.

It was bothersome that the man was taking a personal call through out the unloading process . It should not have taken as long as it did as I have very little furniture and mostly boxes. I have pervious used Hire a Helper before and they did an amazing job.
