Cliff and Jaylen did an outstanding job today. They were 15 minutes early, worked steady and hard for 2 hours moving our heavy furniture items from the garage up into the house to their final destination. They then moved heavy items from the garage up to our bonus room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Lastly they emptied the remaining boxes and other items from the Pod to the garage. They were very respectful of our property and house and to us. I would definitely hire your company again!

They arrived on time, but I felt they didn't utilize their time effectively. They asked me for moving blankets and stretch wrap, which I had but I was expecting them to bring their own. They hardly used any of the moving blankets I provided and chose to just wrap items in stretch wrap. Once they ran out of stretch wrap they just packed things in the POD and tried using trash bags as buffer between items; still not using moving blankets. As a result of their packing we had some wood furniture with scratches, and, more significantly to us, our 8 month old stainless steel refrigerator ended up with 2 golf ball sized dents and significant scratches on our freezer door. If I had to do it again, I would go with a different company.
