Several days before they came to the house I told the receptionist for them to bring plastic wrap in case they needed to wrap anything. I was told it would cost $5 per piece they wrapped, which I agreed to. I was also told they would have it on hand. When they came to the front door, I didn't see that they brought any supplies with them. They never advised or offered to use cling wrap on anything, especially the dresser or chest drawes to keep them closed. Then as they moved a chest out to the truck, the drawers rolled out and one of them is competely destroyed. No one ever admitted there was an accident - they just picked up the pieces and threw it in the truck. I found large chunks of it in the driveway. PLUS I had booked them for 3 hours of work and they were finished within 1 hour and 47 minutes. Kept getting text messages about payment and then we were told they would not refund us the additional time not used. If that's what Liberty Moving consideres as "professional movers" your company needs to omit the professional part out of it. And yes, I wlll be filing a claim on the chest.

I can't say enough how great these guys were! They arrived on time, were super helpful and got the entire 16 foot truck loaded in LESS THAN AN HOUR!!!! I would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again!!! A++++!!!

Crew arrived 10 minutes early to develop loading plan. They were more than prepared. Worked very hard through the end of the load and offered to load some things for us into our van after the truck was full with their remaining time. Very courteous and respectful. This was the second time in 3 months I've used them. And they were superb in service, professional nature, & price.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we arrive on time and are sure to send experienced, motivated and courteous professionals! We will complete a walk-through to have a look at everything before loading takes place! This will allow us to visualize the load.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be sure to pack and stage all your boxes before we arrive unless we are packing for you. Also, feel free to break down any necessary furniture to save yourself time and money. However, we can handle all this for you as well.

At the end of the day we enjoy knowing our customers move has been made less stressful by our being there and providing them with great service.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced movers so we don’t send 18-year-old kids. You will have dedicated, experienced Movers when you hire us!

We do not refund for any unused time.
