Our movers got the job done. Our furniture is in the locations we settled for. Although, we do recommend the company to do a little prep work such as measurements, and removing items from furniture that might get in the way. They did try to make the arrangements we ask for work, but we should of been advised from the beginning that it wouldn’t fit and would chip up our walls trying. And when I mentioned the scuffs, they said “just put a little paint over it.” Was also told the boss only repairs wholes in the wall. Our couch was dropped a few times as well.
