They were on time, but showed up in what looked (and smelled) like pajamas. Both young and not very respectful of our belongings. I had written do not stack on a few boxes, very clear and top and sides, and boxes were still stacked on top. Many large heavy items were seemingly tossed on top of boxes, couches, glass cabinets, etc. Didnt notice until we unpacked that the moving blankets we provided had been lazily put on top of things without purpose. We told them a few times that we wanted them to pack the larger items and that we would pack the rest but they didnt listen then ran out of time before the large items were packed.

2 very young boys, 19 & 17. Damaged our kitchen floor, dropped and damaged an armoire. They worked hard but, were unprofessional . Lots of talking and complaining.

The movers were really nice. They need to be taught techniques in preventing damage to furniture and a person's home. Our black dresser was severely scratched because it was placed upside down in the truck. Also, while moving the black bedroom furniture upstairs, they left several scratches on our walls. Lastly, whoever moved our washer and dryer left a dollar size hole coming off the vinyl that is in the laundry room. We moved into a brand new home and now we have to replace the vinyl flooring in our laundry room and we have to paint the walls again. This is not acceptable. We also paid good money for our furniture for it to be severely scratched to where we now have to repair it ourselves.

One of the guys called my neighbors a racial slur, my truck was packed in such an unorganized manner that my couch was damaged and an entire box got smashed with fragile items in it. They didn’t use any of the moving blankets. I originally posted 5 stars because he made me do it while standing in front of him and I didn’t realize how horribly they had packed the truck. They likely make people do the reviews in front of them all the time which is why they have such high reviews.
