They arrived on time. They did not have a hand truck or dolly. My job was a fairly small one and it was a challenge for them to get it done in the time allotted. It was a hot day and that may have had some impact. They seemed like nice people but were not professional movers. My experience with Hire A Helper at the packing end was great so my expectations were high.

Even after experiencing a couple of last-minute delays with our house closing, Gabrielle was able accommodate those changes. She got the crew rescheduled and they arrived as expected. They were a bit late but that was because our address is not on the map yet. Gave the crew a local landmark and they were able to find us. The crew was able to unload us in half the time we has allotted so we were happy with that. They worked fast and were extremely polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
