We were fooled by the reviews. They were 4 hours late to start. They were incredibly rude upon arrival. They left our couch and mattresses out on the pavement in the rain, which in turn ruined them. After 1.5 hours, we noticed they were gone. They just left - they didn’t say anything to us, they did not complete the job - just walked away and left. The moving truck was still 1/2 full. When we tried to reach back out, the lady was INCREDIBLY rude. She constantly lied, interrupted, yelled and just demanded payment, although the job was incomplete and our stuff was ruined. They caused a 3 piece sectional, mattress, and 2 dressers to be trashed. I would NOT recommend this company.

Amazing service from a great group of dudes. Hired them when I first moved to Chicago and hired them again when I was packing up to leave. Were on time, got everything moved out with time to spare and were extremely polite and professional. Truck was packed neatly with plenty of room to spare. Made moving day a lot less stressful for sure. Would 10/10 recommend this crew if looking for moving labor help in Chicago!
