They were to arrive at 8:00am & at 7:50 called to get directions from the south side of Chicago to my west suburban location & could only take roadways without tolls, they arrived one & half hours late. The job was to move one item from the second floor to the first floor. They were able to accomplish this in 15 mins, very satisfactorily.

These men arrived when they said they would and in no time they took charge of what we wanted done and in no time they had our truck packed and ready for us to go. If you want a team that takes care of your items and load your truck well these are the people who you should hire, I wish I could have taken them with us to help us put things in storage. I would hire them again as they were on time, never took a break and took care of our items. Give them a try!!!!

Dyson Movers were fantastic! They were very professional. They contacted me on the day of the move to let me know a more accurate time of arrival and they showed up exactly on time. They were courteous, respectful and hard working. They finished the job quickly and with no problems. I would definitely use them again.

They were supposed to start my 3 hour move between 3-4pm and when I finally received an answer (at 5pm!) about where they were, they were over an hours drive away.. They would not have made it to us till after 6pm.. Totally not ok! And when I spoke to their organizer on the phone she told me "don't worry, it's not your fault" (um, no kidding!) and also that she "had a crazy day"... While I sympathize that we all can have a "crazy day" I ALSO had a crazy day moving, not to mention the time lost waiting for them. I have family who have booked movers through Sundaze Movers before with great results, but this crew (Dyson) needs to get organized because they were not reliable for my job at all.

I had to call hire a helper last minute after S&L movers did not do a great job. Dyson movers were able to fit us in after another job on the same day! they came at 7:30pm and stayed until the job was done. We got 3 guys for the price of 2 due to the other job they were on, they were very pleasant, very hard working, and I would highly recommend them. This is who I will use for all future moves. Great job and thank you Dyson movers!

AWESOME! They arrived in the time frame. They worked their tale ends off. I wasn't sure we were going to manage to fit all our belongings in the uhaul. They made it fit. Everything arrived at our new apt safe and sound. Also they were extremely fast. They loaded a two bedroom apt up in 1 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this company. They were polite ,respectful and very hard workers.
