The movers were late. The lead mover made the excuse that they were coming from far away, but they knew that when the job was booked. One of them appeared disheveled and on a substance. He complained the entire time about how much he had to load and when he wasn't complaining he was just standing around. There was clearly something wrong with this man, it appeared like he had been hired off the street. He was very unprofessional. The charged over 400$ for the 2 hours and hardly did anything. They even tried to leave before the 2 hours were done and after ahowing up late which led to loading the truck in the rain. The head mover stood by and gave some friends who came by to lend a hand directions on where to put things on the truck. Again standing on the sidelines for a 450$ paying gig. There was little furniture to move and lots of complaining about how much one container weighed. These were brawny men who complained the entire time about the job they were being paid to do. I've never seen anything like it. When asked to wrap a piece of glass for a table the main guy could hardly manage and he left parts of the glass exposed. There's so much more I could say but I would end with this note... These are not professional movers. It is a bootleg operation which made me uneasy from start to finish. I would not refer anyone to them and I would not recommend them for any future move. It was a total waste of money ?? and they had the nerve to wait around for a tip. My tip is do a better job with customer service.
Really poor service. I would never use this service again and I'm posting on my social media platforms and groups. It was awful.

We hired this company to help unload a 26' truck. The staff was very attentive and they did stay in touch with us prior to the move and on moving day. The two young men they sent out were not good at all, I wish I could remember their names. We had to end up moving most of the larger items ourselves with a 2 wheel dolly, while they went and did whatever it was that they were doing. Their 2 workers stood together the whole duration of the move and were pretty useless overall.

Arrived within the requested time frame and finished early (in 2 hours instead of 3; no refunds provided for time not used, but we were aware of this in advance). We did not request assistance with assembling furniture, so items were just moved into the apartment from the truck. We originally requested 3 movers for our two bedroom, second floor walk-up move. A couple of the movers appeared to be relatively young, maybe high-school age, and a fourth adult mover arrived to help out (we were not charged extra for the fourth mover). It was helpful for one of us to direct the movers where to set down boxes and furniture. Most things, especially the heavy furniture items, were set down in the correct place so we wouldn't have to move around too many things after they left. No apparent damage to any of our belongings. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Would recommend and would use again for a comparatively affordable moving service.
