They are horrible movers. Lazy, can’t follow directions. Had 6 movers for 7 hours and they couldn’t finish the job of a 4 bedroom house which is unreal! Especially considering everything was boxed. They also didn’t use any of the furniture pads, plastic wrap, carpet bags, etc that I provided.
The way the loaded the truck was so bad we had to hire someone to unload and reload it. They didn’t take apart a single bed frame, just left them there. The moved the easy stuff into the truck and left the rest of it.
These guys are worthless as movers. Nice guys, but wouldn’t ever hire them to help with a move.

The team from Lavoe Mover''s were GREAT! Communicated clearly prior to the appointment. Showed up on time and worked quickly throughout the entire move. They loaded the truck like real PRO'S! I would highly recommend them and use them again if we are ever in the Chicago area once again.

Munchie, Dilon, and Terrence were very professional and obviously experienced movers. We scheduled the 11:00 -12:00 time slot and they arrived a few minutes before 11:00. They hustled to unload the 15 ft truck and accomplished it in 65 minutes!! They had some large furniture to bring up two floors in a super narrow, winding stairway and not one scratch on the furniture or the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Lavoe Movers and will definitely use them again for our next move!!

Al and his team arrived promptly as scheduled. Al and his team members were friendly, courteous, helpful and very professional. They had alot of walking and an elevator involved in moving me from my condo. They did an amazing job dealing with what I considered a difficult move. You won't go wrong hiring Al and his team.
