What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a follow up call prior to the move and they should expect us to be there in the hour block that was given . Also they should explicit great service
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please if possible have the work space for the movers clear of possible injury have what they need to go boxed up and label the fragile so we will know . Also let us know what to expect so we won’t have and surprises

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
