The movers were great! Very courteous and friendly and worked quickly. However, dispatch was not. The movers did not arrive at the scheduled time even though we had a confirmation email and when I called dispatch didn’t even know they were expected. They came back to the phone and told me they were “running late” due to another job not finished but no one ever called me to tell me.

Please if possible have the work space for the movers clear of possible injury have what they need to go boxed up and label the fragile so we will know . Also let us know what to expect so we won’t have any surprises
