Showed up on time, moved everything promptly and with care, were creative in getting some of the more bulky items up to my apartment using some ropes and lifting. Overall a pleasant experience.

They failed to follow the instructions of what was suppose to be loaded. I told them specific art, furniture. 2 grandfather clock. 2 small clocks. The loaded curio cabinets, and failed to load glass shelves, empty my clothes out of the dresser. And failed to advise that they did not load the container. I had to order a 7ft pod at a cost of 1471.00 to load the balance. Managed to fail to tell me about the pod was full. Left in a hurry. Charged me an extra 150.00 for blankets, saying mine were not heavy enough. I do not recommend this company to load a pod.

I hired 2 workers for 2 hours. One was on time the other about 20 minutes late. I was disappointed in the lack of teamwork, one had experience and the other did not. My husband had to assist or else the unload would’ve taken 5 hrs. One worker constantly complained about how heavy the items were and had to give direction to the other worker. I would never hire these workers again!!! I would rather unload my items myself.

These guys were fantastic! They were running a little behind from the previous job, which I understood was quite far away from my job, but everything went very well & was completed in the time allotted. They worked quickly, but conscientiously, asking where to put things that were not marked clearly, rather than putting stuff anywhere there was room. They clarified what we called each room so there were no mix-ups & were super careful with our furniture. They paid attention to labels like "fragile" or "this side up". I have moved from state to state several times in recent years and these were the best movers we've used in any state. I will definitely be calling them again next year when we do this again!

Guys where a little late, about 20min. But it really did not matter because they did a great job. Great guys, funny. Made fun of mye packing the container since they were doing the unload, Which made time go fast. Worked fast, they were careful with everything that we own. Very happy with the work. This was my third time using Packed and they were great per usual. In the past the owner David has been there for my moves - this time it was two crew members I hadn't worked with before but they delivered the same level of consistency. They arrived early and demonstrated their level of experience when loading the Uhaul I rented. Despite Uhaul advertising a 10' truck for studios - small 1 bedrooms, the truck was too small for my convertible apartment's belongings. The crew addressed this from the start but told me they would do their best and were willing to take two trips, time permitting. They ended up being able to fit 90% of my stuff, leaving only a few small light weight items for me to return for on my own. It was obvious they really wanted to do the job right and put thought and strategy into how they packed the truck to get the most in there. Additionally, upon arrival to the loading dock at my new apartment I was instructed to back in off a main busy city road. I was uneasy about this as I don't have a lot of experience driving in the city let alone a Uhaul. One of the crew members glady took my spot and backed into the alley flawlessly. I really appreciated this and it spoke to the high quality service they provide. After the move was complete they even folded the furniture blankets (knowing Uhaul will charge the renter if you don't) and hung up the Dolly's, giving 100% from start to finish of the job.
**Suggestion: Confirm the size of your truck with Packed prior to move. My crew was under the impression I had rented at 15' truck and would have advised me otherwise had they known it was 10'. I ended up having to pay for an additional hr due to the extra time spent strategically loading, and could have avoided this if I got the bigger truck. This was entirely on me, had nothing to do with the guys moving slowly.

I would have given them 5 stars if they weren't 2.5 hours late. They got the job done quickly and effectively. Even in the dark. I would recommend their services but their workers live in Chicago and they had to drive out to Oswego for our unload.

My movers were early and willing to wait when I couldn’t get into my building just yet. They got everything into my apartment quickly and helped me set up my bed frame and get some of the heavier items into exactly the places I hoped for. I couldn’t have asked for better help!
