Great communication, very efficient in a challenging move (it was small, but we had to locate the POD/Truck a half a block away, which resulted in them having to move the furniture down the sidewalk and then into the building). Friendly and helpful.

Excuse if I get their names wrong, Dimitri and Kendal were amazing! They fit more than I expected into the POD. This two guys are masters of Tetris! Great attitudes, fast packing, and professional. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I hired two helpers. One showed up late, the other never showed up. I called repeatedly to get a second helper, which never arrived. The person answering the phone was polite, and he showed up with another worker hours later, just as we were done loading. The one helper was very good, and the staff was polite, but I really needed the two workers on time and ready to work. This did not happen.

The workers were outstanding—efficient, good attitude, communicative. I felt we were partners in the big job of moving. It was not their fault that they arrived an hour late, which caused worry that the load would not be finished before the driver had to leave. A few articles were left because of the deadline. I understand that the original team of movers was unable to do the job and substitutes were required. Glad there were replacements but there was a lost hour.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call to confirm your order and ask for details to make the move as smooth as possible. We ask important questions regarding the needs of our customers
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
we provide Dollies, ratchet straps, blankets and tools for disassembly and re-assembly on every move. We will provide additional materials such as, shrink wrap and mattress bags upon request. We will give the customer a courtesy call when we’re on the way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always say, have everything in a box that could be in a box if possible, so that the move could go smooth and fast. If you want to save time and money, have everything disassembled and organized.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all, from small local loads and unloads, to moving large 10 bedroom houses cross country. We have done warehouse work, commercial work, office work, industrial work, staging work, and labor only staffing. We are not shy about work, and we have experienced in every facet of moving
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing someone’s face with a sigh of relief, a look of satisfaction, a surprised and impressed look, a big smile, or even a cry of joy or relief. That’s my favorite part of being a mover.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide on the job training. We focus on technique with lifting, wrapping, disassembly, assembly, packing boxes, packing trucks, prepping furniture. We pay very close attention to the small details when it comes to timing and spacing and lifting and proper packing techniques
