Neal and Jay were very kind, very helpful, and very mindful of my possessions and the other residents in my building. Really appreciated their help. I’ve had to move seven times in the last three years because of the nature of my job, and this was by far my smoothest experience because of Jay and Neal.

They are somewhat slow, and it took them 4 hours to move one-bed room stuff. My previous move (with much more stuff) was below $500 and this one is over $700. Also, they didn't pack our things right either and we got many scratches and damages on our furniture. I will not recommend them!
Also, I didn't realize that you have to use hire a helper for both your loading and unloading in order to qualify for the insurance coverage. This is quite misleading.
Next time, I will probably just hire someone from Craig's list or something.

On moving day with the customer, the customer does not need to stress at all. WE are here for them, to listen, serve, and respect them. This is their situation and we are here to always put people first. We understand that moving is a very stressful situation, and we do everything in our power to alleviate that stress.
