The guys were to be at our home from 12-1pm and did not arrive until 2pm. they were very nice but not very experienced with moving furniture. They did not know how to work together to move heavy items and actually 1 of the guys rolled my living room chair across the floor once he got it into the house. I was horrified that the arms would be broken off or damaged.

One of the helpers left to do an errand for a family member which in turn made Billy Harjo, a disabled vet, having to help. The very reason we chose this service was our disabilities.

Yes one of my employees has a disabled mother who was being rushed to the E.R. Mr. Harjo told him to go since the heavy items had already been moved. I would never let one of my guys leave without a replacement but Mr. Harjo insisted he go. Sorry for any confusion and God Bless!

Even thought they ran a little late, they notified me. Even though the job was chaos from the moment they arrived (my shortcoming, not theirs) they worked hard, were professional, very courteous and respectful of my family and my items. It was hot and dusty but they never complained. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing movers. Great job guys.

Gentle Movers were outstanding. I had a 20 foot truck that was pretty well full. I was thinking that it would take at least 3 hours to unload as I had an upstairs apartment. The guys were done in two hours much to my surprise. Besides being fast they were very friendly and polite, I have no problem with giving them the best recommendation I can. I think you will be very happy with them.
